I respect your privacy and this policy explains how I collect and treat any information you give me. You won’t find any complicated legal terms or long passages of unreadable text. I've no desire to trick you into agreeing to something you might later regret.
My policy covers
Why I value your privacy
I value your privacy as much as I do my own, so I'm committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. I'm uncomfortable with the information companies, governments, and other organisations gather and keep on file, so I ask for only the bare minimum from my customers. I’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and I’ll never give anyone access to it unless I'm forced to by law.
Zero tracking
This website is static with a secure connection (confirmed by lock icon in browser address bar) and does not use cookies or scripts designed to detect, register or track you or your activity. I don’t use analytics, capture or index site visitor metrics in any way, shape or form.
When you contact me by email or through my website, I collect your name and email address. If you do business with me, I also collect your business name and phone number and keep records of the invoices I send you and the payments you make.
If we do business, I store your information in my accounts software package offline. I chose this package partly due to the development team's commitment to security.
I will use your information to communicate with you and to send you assessments, audits, invoices, statements, or reminders.
I am responsible for the security of your information. You can contact me by phone on
0779 282 7498 or email
[email protected] if you have any concerns about the information I store.
When I store information in my systems, only I have access to it.
Access to your information is restricted to myself. I store passwords in an encrypted and offline password manager, use a different, randomly generated and highly complex password for each customer, and never use the same password twice. The computers I use are all encrypted using FileVault and BitLocker (XTS-AES-128 encryption with a 256-bit key) and are protected by either passcode access or fingerprint recognition biometrics. My computers ask for my authentication whenever they are started and after 5 minutes of inactivity. My mobile device is protected by depth mapped face recognition biometrics.
How to complain
I take complaints very seriously. If you’ve any reason to complain about the ways I handle your data or privacy, please contact me by phone
0779 282 7498 or email
[email protected].

If I change the contents of this policy, those changes will become effective the moment I publish them on my website.
